New legal act relating to foreigners
As you probably know, the Polish government introduced a new legal act "Act on assistance to citizens of Ukraine".
In addition to a set of facilitations for Ukrainian citizens, this legal act also include a regulations concerning to every foreigners in Poland:
- possibility of suspending the deadlines for considering all cases for a work permit and a Residence Permit Card.
At the same time, this act stipulates that now is not possible to make a complaints about excessive length of proceedings.
As a legal company, we do not agree to application the new law to pending cases, that why we help for our clients to obtain compensation from court and hasten the end of the case.
